Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Q&As

HKMAG has recently received enquiries from users in Mainland China about Hong Kong maritime arbitration and, in particular, the benefits of resolving their disputes through HKMAG arbitration. In response, HKMAG has prepared a list of Q&As to address the points raised and discussed. The Q&As are written in Chinese and provide a brief description of Hong Kong maritime arbitration, who we (HKMAG) are, what we do, what arbitration services we offer and how users can be benefitted from the use of HKMAG arbitration.
