Agreement of Cooperation between China Maritime Arbitration Commission and Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group

The Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group ("HKMAG") is delighted to announce that an Agreement of Cooperation ("AoC") has been entered into between China Maritime Arbitration Commission (“CMAC”) and HKMAG.

 The AoC was signed on 18 May 2022 during the 2023 High-Level Symposium on Maritime Silk Road International Economic and Trade Arbitration held in Xiamen, PRC.

 The AoC focuses on cooperation to promote international arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. We very much look forward to working closely with CMAC.
