We are delighted to announce that HKMAG will hold a seminar in Shanghai, PRC on 20 September 2024. The seminar is co-organized by Wintell & Co, Shanghai and supported by the China Maritime Arbitration Commission and the Shanghai Arbitration Association.

Our Full Members Bill Amos, Li Lianjun, Philip Yang and Member Gong Hang will speak at the seminar. Bill will talk about Hong Kong maritime arbitration. Lianjun will discuss the nuts and bolts of international and maritime arbitration. Philip and Gong Hang will give their insights on the development and practical issues of ad hoc arbitration procedures. Our Full Member Danny Mok will be involved in a panel discussion together with our guest speakers to discuss issues concerning international arbitration.
